A few years ago, I traded in my old career for a fresh start in beauty school. Funny enough, I went in for lashes, but fell head-over-heels for skincare and waxing. As a dedicated mom, I balanced parenting with my passion—graduating top of my class at SWINA’s Natural Aesthetics program with perfect attendance and a 100% on my State Board exams (yes, I’m a little type-A 😉).

Since then, I’ve worked in both chain salons and as a solo esthetician, which taught me what truly matters:
