Hair should be about ¼ inch long (grain of rice length)

Avoid active ingredients (retinol, acids, etc.) a few days before
Keep skin lightly moisturized (but skip lotions/oils the day of)
Arrive clean & freshly showered

After Your Wax: Do’s & Don’ts ✨
Taking care of your skin after your wax is everything. Follow these simple steps to keep your skin smooth, prevent irritation, and avoid ingrowns.
DO:
Keep the area clean and dry
Wear loose, breathable clothing
Avoid touching the area with unwashed hands
Start gentle exfoliation after 48–72 hours
Keep the skin hydrated with recommended products
Stick to a consistent waxing schedule
DON’T:
🚫 No hot showers, saunas, or steam for 24–48 hours
🚫 No workouts or excessive sweating for 24 hours
🚫 No tight clothing or friction on the area
🚫 No tanning (sun or beds) for at least 24–48 hours
🚫 No heavy lotions, oils, or fragranced products right after
🚫 No shaving in between appointments
And yes… this one matters:
🚫 No sexy time for at least 24 hours
Trust me on this—your skin is more sensitive and open to bacteria right after a wax. Ignoring this is the fastest way to irritation, breakouts, or ingrowns… and I’ll probably be seeing you in a few days for an extraction service 😅
I’ll get you smooth during your appointment, but maintaining that result is a team effort. Using the right aftercare products makes a huge difference, which is why I offer professional, esthetician-approved retail in the suite. These products are specifically chosen to soothe, protect, and keep you on point between visits—highly recommended if you want the best results. 💕
